Mark Culligan, BA, MM
Having been involved in homosexuality for twenty years has prepared Mark Culligan to offer tremendous insights into the causes and recovery of homosexuality. He first became aware of homosexual feelings as a teenager in high school. After twenty years of living as"Mr. Straight" by day and "Mr. Gay" by night, he sought answers for a better way to go. His first solution was getting married. After two failed attempts, he sought professional counsel and began his journey out. Though the journey out is a major challenge for anyone who chooses to leave homosexuality, the rewards, healthy male relationships and, most importantly, the growing and deepening relationship with Jesus Christ have made the difficult journey extremely satisfying. A peace has come that passes understanding. His life is an open book. There are no more secrets.

At an early age Mark's parents recognized a musical gift of singing which allowed him to pursue and successfully complete the Bachelor's and Master's Degrees in Music at the University of South Florida. He has been a featured soloist with choirs and orchestras; a Cantor and Church Music Director, an opera singer, and a state certified public school music specialist.

Tammi Wilds, BS
Tammi's testimony is very simple. Jesus is her theme song. He is her life. He is her joy. He is the lover of her soul.
She says "I would not be here if it was not for the love of Jesus. I suffered sexual abuse and verbal abuse growing up and struggled with issues of abandonment, self hatred and rejection. Thank God for Jesus, I can come before His throne and receive grace and mercy which is new every day." |
Tammi graduated from High School in the top 10 % at Chamberlain High School. She received a BS in Biotechnology and a minor in Public Health from the University of South Florida. She has received national training in the River, Living Waters and Embracing Life Ministry. She has a Christian Education Certificate from The Urban Alternative, a Tony Evans Church Development Conference in Dallas Texas, after 4 years of taking classes. God has blessed her with many awards and accomplishment but nothing compares to the love of God. God is her credential.
Tammi has been with New Heart's Outreach since the beginning of its establishment. Tammi has taken on different roles with the ministry. She is a part of the choir, been involved with the street ministry, prayer ministry, speaking team, and LW leadership's team. She has coordinated Living Waters 2005-2006, 2006-2007, and 2007-2008 Discipleship Team. She has co-coordinated River/ Overflow Discipleship Team. She oversees "The Looking Unto Jesus" Inner Healing Prayer Center and the women's ministry.
Tammi desires to see the body of Christ be the church that God designed before the beginning of time. She desires to see the youth of the world walk in the Light and not in Darkness. To see them pick up their cross and follow Jesus no matter what the cost. She desires to travel the world and see Isaiah 61 fulfilled, which is her theme Scripture.
More than anything she desires people to know God for themselves and know just how much He loves them. Nothing in this world compares to God and His love. He sticks closer than a brother. He is a father to the fatherless and a mother to the motherless. He is a friend to the friendless. He is I am that I am. Jesus is the Way the Truth and the Life. There is no other relationship that can fulfill you and complete you and show you just who you are.
